Whether chapters want to acknowledge it or not our campus culture is shifting. Newer chapters on campus are thriving while more established chapters are slipping or even getting kicked off campus. Especially with recruitment numbers being lower than normal for both Fraternities and Sororities, chapter leaders need to adapt accordingly to keep our community strong and our chapters moving forward.
