Unfortunately, NAU does not make it very accommodating for Greek life to be at this school. The housing is not ideal, being in a 1/4 step up from freshman dorms, and it is pretty hard to use facilities at NAU for meetings, events, etc. ESPECIALLY in the Flagstaff community, who literally banned Greek life entirely from using any PUBLIC facilities. (parks for sisterhood events). The only thing keeping this community together are the sororities who actually are friendly to each other and the women on the campus who keep strong despite not being supported by Flagstaff or NAU. Hazing is not a problem in sororities, and it's genuinely an awesome entity to be a part of, but wish it was taken seriously from the community
