JCU is small, so Greek life is small too. It definitely isn’t a club you have to be apart of if you want to get involved on campus or have a social life. Its not a club about looks or popularity. It’s inclusive, and the process of selecting an organization is a mutual decision with zero competition. The Greeks do good for the school and are involved, some organizations more than others. Some party more than others, but again JCU is small and doesn’t have an amazing social scene to begin with. Some frats throw parties, but it’s almost always sports teams that host parties. Hazing is not tolerated and very rare, but if there has ever been an incident that came to light, people were reprimanded. Housing is decent, but like a lot of dorms, are older and could use a few renovations.
