Comment:  Nice guys, decent parties. The general vibe I get from them is that they think they're cooler than they actually are because they're in a fraternity. I'd have no complaints about them if it weren't for that. Delts brothers tend to be nerdy and sometimes a little awkward, but they also love to party. Now if they could just realize that they're geeks and own it instead of trying to seem like "frat bros" they'd be golden. But I wouldn't call them top tier either way.
