Comment:  Chi Phi is a newer fraternity at ASU. This is my first semester hanging out with with these guys and I have to say they are awesome. They know how to throw some serious ragers. Halloween I went to to there party and had a great time. Also this most recent pledge class is fine as hell. Wouldn't be surprised if they become top house.
