Comment:  Ugh- This was a dominant house a few years back, but the slide has been rapid and obvious. Their rush was terrible last year. Their 28s are soooo mid. The girls in this house currently still think they are "Top" because they are Thetas. No one likes them. They don't like each other. PNMs beware that this is not the Theta "prestige" of 3-5 years ago.
