Comment:  They’ve had issues recruiting for a while and the house is expensive. I think they will recruit the biggest PC they ever have this year. Low GPA and doesn’t seem to care about academics as much. Some of the girls are kinda mean to each other and can fight, house does have drama. The house itself is nice and has nice rooms and is new - just expensive. A lot of girls drop this house but I think once more girls join, the house cost goes down, and the meaner girls leave- it could get better.
