Comment:  Beta is the top house at UW. Fiji is a close second, but they are undoubtedly the top 2 houses at UW. Beta seems to do well in rush year in and year out. Most Betas I meet are from Seattle, Bellevue, Bay Area or Socal. Betas are all kinda alike. They are all rich, white, exclusive, and relatively good looking. Every single Beta I've met is majoring in Business. Which is not bad, but it does not hurt to have some diversity. Which they all seem and look like the stereotypical frat guy. They have this culture of play hard, party hard. Which is pretty fascinating but one thing I wish they did more was hang out with more a variety of sororities and not hanging out with the same top sororities. From what I hear they have this stereotype of being elitest/stuck up, but all the ones I've met are nice guys and socialable guys. Overall, its pretty interesting how they have been a top house for so long, but overall they are cool and good dudes.
