Comment:  They fell off in the past few years, and their merger with chi phi did not help. They only mix with middle and lower tier srats, and barely pull numbers for those mixers. When they do happen, they don't last a while. Party space is kind of small, but nice dage spot. Music is not bad though. Some brothers are nice some are not. Can definitely be improved.
