Comment:  It kind of annoys me to say it, but Phi Delta Theta’s probably sitting in the top tier at UC now. These guys have been putting in serious work behind the scenes — not just socially, but everywhere. Events, grades, involvement, even their newer PCs are stacked. It’s not the same chapter from a few years ago. They’ve actually earned this. You can hate if you want, but everyone’s noticing. Real talk — they worked their rears off to get here, and it shows. Might sound biased, but the results speak for themselves.
