Comment:  AEPi’s definitely been in rebuild mode the past few years, but they’ve done a solid job bouncing back. They’re not the biggest chapter on campus, but the guys are tight and actually seem to enjoy being around each other—which is more than you can say for some “top” houses. The brotherhood is real, and their parties are better than you’d expect given their size. If you’re looking for clout and massive tailgates, this probably isn’t your frat. But if you want a solid group that’s growing, involved, and actually gives a damn, AEPi’s worth a look. They’ve still got work to do, but they’re moving in the right direction. Lowkey on the come up.
