Comment:  I was in Chi O but decided to drop before recruitment this year. The sisterhood wasn’t what I hoped for—it felt like there were clear cliques and not much effort to include everyone. Leadership didn’t always listen to concerns or try to make things better. I wanted something more genuine and supportive. Just wanted to share for anyone considering it that it might not be the best fit if you’re looking for real connection with everyone.
