Comment: If you're considering this chapter, just know that appearances can be deceiving. They talk a good game—really polished when it comes to speeches and recruitment, but unfortunately, a lot of it doesn't hold up in reality. Once you're in, it quickly becomes clear that it's a very cliquey environment. If you're not in the "in crowd," you’re basically ignored or judged. Leadership is a mess. Events are disorganized, communication is lacking, and it feels like there's no clear direction. It's a small chapter, which you'd think would mean closer bonds—but it actually just means more exclusion, not less. The vibe is definitely not your typical “sorority girl” energy, which isn’t inherently bad, but there’s also not a lot of unity or spirit to make up for that either. If you're looking for a supportive sisterhood or a well-run organization, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
