Comment:  Phi Delt is the biggest self-ranker on this site. They post numerous rankings with themselves as a top frat. The reality is they are one of the worst frats at Michigan. They have many bad incidents at their house every year. Horrible selfish brotherhood who doesn’t care how they treat each other or anyone else.
