Comment:  AD has a nice house and location, so the parties are generally good. I would still put AD over sig chi (upper of mid tier) but the brothers/pledges have been known to be generally weird/awkward. They focus a lot on marketing and that type of thing (social media, merch, etc.), enough pull to throw good darties but will prob never break top tier (Fiji, Psi, etc.)
