Comment:  Phi delt is really only know for their chapter house and having a lot of jocks in their frat. Their new members really don’t follow that mold and are the main reason a lot of frats do not like them. Last year kappa sig, sig chi, and pike all made diss tracks about them and had some virality. They only are social with aphi which is one of the main reasons people flock to their parties. I’ll give it to them they are definitely top tier but for all the wrong reasons
