Comment:  The brothers of chi phi are genuinely really funny and nice down to earth people. It is regarded as a lower tier frat but they socialed with sig ep, pike, and lambda this year. The guys are not necessarily attractive and they can't get top sororities to come to their parties. The house is really nice though. They are definitely improving.
