Comment:  Any rankings you see where chi phi is above bottom tier is wrong. Their parties are simply just not on the same level as middle tier frats even, super inconsistent and most of the time are just bad, I’m sorry somebody had to say it. I know their brothers love to spread selfranks on here but the reality check is that they are bottom unless they start improving in the future.
