Comment:  Absolute bottom. These guys are a new “mansion” that they will use to convince you to rush them. Now what they won’t tell you is that it is a DRY HOUSE. Meaning no alcohol, no tailgates and no parties. The events this year will be held at Potbelly’s which is notoriously known for geeds. They’re a borderline sorority house, these guys will be dropping tremendously when people realize they can’t throw anything. They have a house dad living there who will be enforcing all rules from the Sig Ep National Office. Do not rush them, they are also known as the weird goobers on campus aswell.
