Comment:  I rushed 4 supposedly top houses Lambda Chi, Sigma Chi, SAE and Sigma Nu. I received bids from all 4. When you compare the top houses it will become immediately clear that Lambda Chi is a whole level above those other fraternities and bids ONLY the cream. If you have a magnetic personality, get randomly stopped and asked if you have a modeling agent, are going places in life then Lambda Chi is your obvious choice. If you are seriously out of shape, looking for hair loss remedies , were ALWAYS chosen last when teams were picked and more than likely be living in your parents basement because you flunked out of school one of the other fraternities will be a better option.
