Comment:  The most impressive of the new chapters to come to campus in recent years, but a lot of that has to do with their acquisition of the Lambda Iota house. Before the house they were on the same level as PMD and the brothers haven't changed, just their setting. That said, they grew like crazy in the last couple years and I don't think anyone suspected that. All of my interactions with them have been good, but there are a few brothers that are socially awkward and don't know how to socialize with girls. Their parties since they got the Lambda house are very fun and don't give off a creepy vibe. Seems like they have a good brotherhood connection. We'll see if they can handle the new status as a top tier without inflating their egos or becoming creepy.
