Comment:  Theta Xi was on a meteoric rise last year in the fall until they were under put on probation, which to a noticeable decline allowing Pi Lam and PSK to capitalize on their mishap. They come off better than everyone because of their knowledge of who rushed them and now in different fraternities. They call everyone who didn't get a bid Theta Xi rejects. If they opened their basement more they could throw bangers when they all get together it is obvious how close they are and when they get rowdy together they throw some of the best parties. They don't really associate with other groups and much rather hang out with each other. Most of their fraternity is cuffed so they'd rather drink and be idiots with each other. By far have some of the funniest and biggest trolls in greek life. They live for stirring the pot. Overall good groups of dudes but need to stop looking down on people from their glass pedestal.
