Comment:  Not involved in Greek Life, but you know a chapter is on top when the other chapters on campus try and tare them down. Since I've been a student at Lander Phi Mu is obviously known on campus for being the best and other chapters lie about them to make themselves seem better when they actually have real problems of their own.
