Comment:  Despite having the old TKE house, Phi Tau is a dying cause. Reports of dirty rushing despite getting only 3 bid signees seems to show a glaring problem. Their parties are bad, the brothers seem like a rather petty group of individuals and they throw bad parties. No one really associates with them anymore for good reasons. I don't know of anyone on campus that would be proud to be a Phi Tau.
