Comment:  Cliquish and mean to their new girls - if you don't already know someone in the chapter, you're probably not going to be welcomed because they all already have their own little groups. That's part of why their retention is so bad. They always get lots of girls on Bid Day, but lots of them end up leaving because they don't feel wanted or accepted. They also make almost everything mandatory to go to and you get fined if you don't go.
