Comment:  I love my Phi Delts! So many of my good guy friends are part of this chapter, and they are honestly some of the nicest and well-rounded guys out there that I know. Their parties can be hit-or-miss, but over all these guys are working their way up the ladder despite a few mistakes along the way. There are a few that are exceptions, but most of them are great guys.
