Comment:  Overview: They are probably the top house on campus. They have a big physical house that is stuck really far north. They are stereotyped as a bunch of rich meatheads. Known for being heavy drinkers. They give off a state school type vibe. You should rush this house if: you like to drink a lot, blonde, meathead, and preferably AEM/ILR/Hotel. You need to be rich as well, but they are not as money focused as AD/Sig Phi. One of the few good houses that take a good amount of sophomores during rush. If I had to sum it up, just do your best to be a fake Cali Bro. Other: They have quite a few weird guys because of legacies and bidding friend groups. Swimming pool is pretty cool, although not useable for most of the year. They have been under fire with their philanthropy events for embezzling money. Every sorority except for core 4 did not do derby days (even KD which will do anything for a Sig Chi mixer, lmfao) Future Outlook: Assuming they don’t get kicked off they will maintain their current position as top house
