Comment:  They're in a weird phase where half of them could be in kappa/kd, some are just average, and some of them could have been in sig delt. They kind of fall behind in recruitment. Maybe they need better leadership or just more interest in investing time in improving their sorority in general. I could see them either falling or rising within the next few years depending on their next pledge class.
