Comment:  Only a bottom tier cause they are so new to campus. They are great guys who have made tons of efforts to become involved despite resistance against them. They had multiple events with individual sororities in lieu of mixers bc they were not yet permitted to host parties due to being in their first year as a chapter. I expect them to grow to become a bigger force on campus if they keep up their efforts
