They pick one as their favorite & she gets to wear a pretty red dress to initiation and gets to be the last one to die and be reborn chi o while the rest of the pledge class has to wear white. We’re initiated in order of how we’re liked and if you’re first, you know what you mean to the chapter. 😔 Whole thing was very disappointing and made all but 1 pledge sad
