This fraternity fell to the bottom because of the house owner; Ted Hellman, not because of the guys. Warning to anyone that wants to join this fraternity. Owner Ted has cameras everywhere and watches them 24/7. Priest associated with fraternity has looked through the guys trash to find anything to get them in trouble. Guys that lived in the house for two years have been charged by Ted Hellman with trespassing when they came in to use the bathroom during tailgate. Terrible leadership. Now Terrible Fraternity.
