Alpha Phi has only been at UGA since 2018, they are still building up their sorority. That could explain your view about letting anyone get a bid... As for the sisterhood, my good friend is an Alpha Phi and I have never had an awkward encounter with her friends and sisters.... there is always going to be different personalities in a place that has 70+ girls in it, not everyone is going to be the same or have the same friend group... but with that being said I never felt judged or left out when I came to hang out with her.
