Yes we have a house. It sleeps 13. Yes we know more people go to Pi kappa Phi parties - we really don't care. And all but one remain - one dropped for health reasons he needed to take care of prior to paying fraternity dues. I cannot however speak to last year when 11 pledges of Pi Kappa Phi dropped. Theta Xi is, and always has been (exception of 2001) larger than Pi kappa Phi. With that being said... We still do not care. We enjoy our small parties with familiar faced crowds.
