People often misunderstand certain things, especially when their opinion is not based on facts. Maybe part of 365 recruitment is to not sit next to your brothers...so that you branch out and meet new people. There is clearly somehting that Pike does at Embry-Riddle that no other chapter can replicate. Recruitment is the lifeblood of a fraternity, doing it right is a challenge. Furthermore, during pledging, all new members interview nearly all brothers and vice versa - everyone knows each other.
