It’s extremely unfortunate that you have to respond on social media instead of contacting the chapter about your concerns. That’s what a mature, “looking out for the betterment of others,” type would do. Not hide behind a screen and bash a sorority that does many things for this community, has true ideals, and a supportive reputation. You’re misleading with your intentions, trying to manipulate others views. Rather, Kappa is responsible and handled it appropriately, responding to the situation as needed.
