sweetheart, HQ has nothing to do with getting a house, its about the inventory available in London that fits our bylaws and criteria set out by chapter advisors. So far in the past few years we've made several offers on houses in London, none of which have passed inspection. Given the current pandemic its a blessing to not have a house to pay for and girls who wouldn't want to live in it. No one actually in chapter cares about having a house or not so why do you?
