as a former chi omega i would like to put it out there by saying there is no such thing as a kitchen crew. everyone helps out behind the scene and it’s a general fact amongst every house on the row that not everyone can talk to girls during recruitment!! not everyone is cut out to handle that kind of pressure and responsibility. if you hate you’re sorority and want to drop bc you aren’t given a position to talk to girls then you need to grow up and realize that you don’t get everything you want. every spot is valuable and important.
