I believe you’re referring to Pi Kappa Phi, which in your case you are wrong. I’ve been friends with all fraternities on campus and Pi Kappa Phi members have always been nice, maybe they don’t throw parties because they don’t want to trash their house, or get kicked off of campus. Your rating is incorrect.
