Perhaps you do not attend Cal and do not understand the united temperament of their panhellenic system. The strong women who formed Delta Sigma are above average students and quite capable of inspiring others. PC would never have allowed Delta Sigma to form, grow, and become an associate PC member if Delta Sigma women were not worthy.
