I actually just talked to a sister recently and she explained all of your concerns. Every organization in the country has the right to kick members out. Also, there aren't any other Panhellenic sororities on campus so they don't have to follow all of the Panhellenic criteria so they're kind of just like everyone else with National people to help them and take care of them! And they all have really different schedules and do "teams" sometimes to do volunteer things so maybe that's why you only see the same 15 girls around because they're a team? I'm happy I talked to a sister, I'm so excited to rush next semester and I'm getting my GPA up to join!
