I worked at KDR from 1991-1999 as the Personal Chef. While there the menu was second to none. Especially the wings and chix parm. After returning from a 3 day concert. I was greeted by a letter illegally firing me for the president to hire his mother to cook for free. That lasted 10 days. I hold no ill will to the Class of KDR 2000. But there was no evidence that required my firing. I am still haunted by that day in August of '99. The then outgoing President was selfish and was not a Represenative of KDR or its values.He is the 1st President to be kicked out in shame. We had the best meal plan on campus second to none. Every night there were at least 50-60 students eating. The Meal Plan paid for the frats food.They didnt know it but they were eating for free. I was hired when the frat found themselves with debt and the kitchen closing. I was told by an Alumni that I had 1 semester to put them in the black. I did it in 4 weeks.
