I'll agree with you that they were weird like 2 years ago, but they have actually really turned things around and are growing a lot. I hadn't been there in a while until recently and it's not even close to the same house it used to be. Guys are more attractive, they party every weekend, and have awesome freshman/sophomore classes. Definitely a bright future for PhiKap.
