Yo, no. I can't personally pass judgement on these guys, simply because I don't know them all too well, but the non-greek population at Bradley has some serious resentment towards Phi Tau. So, "unanimously regarded as the top house at Bradley", just is not even close to being true. Also, as a member of greek life, I can attest that there are several fraternities that are better respected than this house.
