If you still think ASA gives bids to everyone that comes out for them, you obviously know nothing about their recruitment. ASA takes quality women who are known for more than how they look or what they do for fun. You probably don't see them out because you don't hang out with the same people they do. Sorry to say this, but the only factual thing you stated in your comment was that they're a very nice group of ladies.
