If we didn’t have to work for that award we’d win it every year. We worked our butts off to improve our chapter and even though a trophy is nice, successfully working to get our sisterhood to the best point it has been at in years is the real award. It took a lot of maturity and a lot of self-reflection. We had to improve ourselves before we could improve our sisterhood and that’s a hard thing to accomplish as a group but we did it. We all grew up and put petty things behind us.
