says the person in a sorority with bad retention it's ok, just work on sisterhood and more girls will stay the spring member numbers are also affected by the number of seniors who just graduated, but that still shows the trend; if the number is low then they have a retention problem. except for axo because they are a newer house and trying to build up their membership numbers
