Alpha chi, zeta, and Pi phi are always the ones you can count on to do spring rush. The houses with less girls and/or bad retention need to pick up girls in the spring. Definitely reach out to the president and recruitment chair those 3 houses. The other houses usually pick up one or two that already have a ton of in house friends. You can reach out to them too but definitely not a guarantee.
