You are talking like AXO just decided to show up on campus and shouldered their way in. They came on here by INVITATION from panhellenic as voted on by all chapters here. This establishment has been years in the making. This is the process on every campus when a new sorority comes on and everybody understood and agreed that variable quota would be part of it.
