I'm sorry but ya'll are missing the hype on phi delt. They are so sweet and genuine! Whenever you walk in they want to get to know you and give you the time of day unlike sigma chi or kappa sig. They want everyone to have a good time and by far have the nicest house on the row. They really are stepping it up this year with a great pledge class. Even though it is smaller, they are much more united and not clicky! just saying
