Sigma Chi- mostly everyone would agree with this. Kappa Sig- going downhill a little bit, they need to start recruiting outside of the Delta. Also cut a bunch of guys out of the chapter recently. SAE- the house renovation will probably put them ahead of Kappa Sig. Overall pretty good group of guys but some of them are douchey. Pike- got a really good fall class and definitely have the nicest house on campus as of now. Still not super close to getting in the top three but they are definitely trending upwards Fiji- overall a really nice group of guys. Got a pretty good pledge class this fall and are trending upwards too. Lambda- honestly the most average fraternity. Have a select few of really good guys but other than that there’s not much to them. They do have probably the second nicest house on campus though. KA- going downhill pretty quickly which is surprising considering the great history of the fraternity at State. A very below average fall pledge class and the house is in dire need of a renovation. Pi Kapp- for the most part it’s a bunch of guys that couldn’t get into any of the fraternities above. That being said they do have some really nice guys but their house is also in need of a renovation. Phi Delt- got a really good house but still somehow managed to not get many guys during fall rush. Delta Chi/Sig Ep- pretty much the same, small chapter and never recruit well. Phi Tau- about to have to leave their house with ATO coming back. A pretty odd group of guys.
